Join Us for “Diamond in the RUFF” – A Paw-some Event!

Are you ready to find your new furry friend to ring in the new year? Join us for the “Diamond in the RUFF” event featuring fur babies from the Humane Society of Scott County at Necker’s Jewelers in Davenport! This special day is all about celebrating our four-legged companions and connecting them with loving forever homes.
What to Expect:
- Adoptable Pets: Meet a variety of adorable dogs looking for their forever homes. Our team will be on hand to help you find the perfect match for your family.
- Waived Adoption Fees: The Humane Society of Scott County is honoring waived adoption fees on dogs 7 months of age or above. Any dog under 7 months, will have a $250 adoption fee. Please note, if there are other dogs in your home, you will need to set up a time to bring in your dog to meet its potential new family member. This is required by the Humane Society to ensure a good fit.
- Pet Drive: Bring in items for the shelter (toys, blankets, towels, food, etc.) & be gifted a $50 Necker’s Jewelers gift card as a thank you.
- FREE Swag Bag: Every adoptee will receive a FREE swag bag of goodies from Necker’s Jewelers for their new fur baby including a pop-up bowl, new collar & $50 gift card. Plus, enjoy sweet deals from Bark Royale with 20% off grooming, K9 Pet Resort with a FREE one night stay and a beautiful non-slip lead from Mallard Pointe Kennel.
- Meet Staff & Volunteers: The dedicated staff and volunteers will be available to answer questions about pet adoption, care, and how you can help our local animal community.
