Can I trust the quality of the jewelry I buy on your website?
Yes! We examine all jewelry that’s purchased online before fulfilling the order. We also package all online orders in our stores to ensure you’re receiving the correct items.
What if I don’t like my online purchase?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Necker’s Jewelers, whether it’s a piece of jewelry you bought in store or online. For this reason, we have a Returns & Exchanges Policy that applies to online and in-store purchases.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your online order, email us at support@neckersjewelers.com and we’ll be happy to help you with your return or exchange.
Items purchased online can be returned either by visiting us in store or by shipping the item(s) back to our store, as long as they’re in unworn/new condition. If you’re stopping in store to return an online purchase, please refer to our In-Store Return & Exchange Policy. Online purchases that are returned in store must be returned by 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. After the initial 30 day return period, you have 3 months after the delivery date to return the item(s) for in-store credit or exchange towards a different item.
For item(s) purchased online that you’re returning by shipping the item(s) back to our store, you have 30 days from the original delivery date to return your item(s) for a full refund, as long as the piece is in unworn/new condition. The purchase amount will be refunded to the original card used for purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for your bank account to reflect the refund. After the initial 30 day return period, you have 3 months after the delivery date to return the item(s) for a one-time-use gift card code for use on the Necker’s Jewelers website.
Can I pick up my online purchase in store?
Yes! We allow in-store pickups at both our Davenport and DeWitt locations. All you have to do is specify your pickup location at check out. Typically, it will take 3-4 hours for your order to be ready during the week. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be available for pick up during the next business day. Once your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email.
What if my ring size isn’t available on your website, or what if I want a different bracelet or necklace length?
Don’t worry, you can still order these pieces through our website! To inquire about a different size or length, simply email us at support@neckersjewelers.com with the product SKU and the size you’re looking for. For rings, you may have also noticed underneath the ring size section on our product pages that we’ve added a “Don’t See Your Size?” section. By clicking “Here,” a form will pop up that you can fill out, which will contact our website team directly so they can reach out to you.
I submitted my order online. What now?
Once you’ve submitted your online order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You’ll receive another email once your order has been processed and is ready for you to pick up or has been shipped.
How long will it take to hear back from the website team once I’ve submitted my order or filled out a form on the website?
During regular business hours it will typically take 1-4 hours for our team to get back to you. For orders and other requests submitted on weekends, it will typically take until the next business day for our website team to reach out. Although our website team is small, we always try our best to reach out to you as soon as possible!
How do I purchase the Peace of Mind Plan on an online order?
Currently, you can add the Peace of Mind Plan to your online order by contacting support@neckersjewelers.com. Email our team and they’ll reach out to you to complete your purchase of the Peace of Mind Plan. In the future, we hope to add the Peace of Mind Plan as an add on at checkout to make this process even easier for our customers!

Once you see something you like on our website, our in-store staff will work to fulfill your order. Plus, you can reach out directly to us at support@neckersjewelers.com to ask questions about your order or any products you’re thinking about purchasing from our website.
On our website, you can also schedule an in-store appointment with our sales associates, shop deals only available online, stay up to date on our current sales and promotions, as well as read blog posts and gift guides.
