Charity for the Months of November & December: Crossroads Health Foundation
The Crossroads Health Foundation (formerly the DeWitt Community Hospital Foundation) provided the leadership funds to assist the original DeWitt Community Hospital in 1997 in their need to expand and is even more important going forward in the future.
Supporting the foundation enhances health care resources in our community and has been an integral part in developing a transformative community redefining senior living in Clinton County. This new campus, Fieldstone, will meet the current and future demand for assisted living and skilled nursing in communities specifically designed with amenities to meet the demands of today’s active older adults.
